Vinyasa Class: Vinyasa means to “flow” or link movement with breath.  Vinyasa classes focus on breathing and moving through a sequence of postures as the awareness of your breath brings you inner heat and the ability to delve deeper into your practice by quieting the mind.

Yoga Fusion: Integrating and utilizing an SOS (Stretch Out Stress) strap to create additional body awareness; developing better balance, flexibility, posture and core strength.

Gentle Yoga: Working with breath and use of props to help slowly build strength and balance while improving flexibility. This class focuses on moving into poses gradually. This class is perfect for beginners as well as experienced students.  Class ends with a guided meditation.

Restorative Yoga: This class focuses on a deeply relaxing style of yoga that is receptive rather than active.  Rather than “flow”, poses are supported using props (blocks, blankets and bolsters) which will help you release tension and allow yourself to “let go” and find a state of balance. Class ends with a guided meditation.

Chair Yoga: Poses in this class are done while seated or using the chair for support. This class is perfect for someone that would like to gain strength, balance, flexibility and mobility without the stress of getting up and down on the floor.
